As a former prosecutor with the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Agostino honed his legal skills in the Criminal Court Bureau, the Domestic Violence Bureau, and the Trials Bureau.

After his time in public service, Mr. Agostino transitioned into private practice representing clients in negligence and personal injury cases at a prestigious New York City personal injury law firm.
